T&T Aromatic

1 1.25 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN

2 Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic

3 Cinnamon Sticks

4 1 Star Anise

Pour Tanqueray No. TEN over fresh ice. Top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic and gently stir. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and star anise.

 

T&T Rose

1 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry

2 ½ teaspoon Rose Water

3 Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

Preparation: Add gin and rose water to balloon wine glass over ice. Top with elderflower tonic and gently stir.

Garnish: Edible rose petals, raspberries and strawberries.

 

T&T Smash

1 1.25 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN

2 .25 oz. Orgeat (almond liqueur)

3 Fever-Tree Natural Light Tonic Water

4 4 Fresh Blackberries

 

Preparation: Muddle blackberries in the bottom on Collins glass. Add ice, gin and orgeat. Top with tonic water and gently stir.

Garnish: Cardamom seeds and floating blackberries.
